- Communicate regarding your viewing FEEDBACK - comparing and eliminating home options
- Write the offer based on property type, condition, days on market (Your pre-qualification and the terms upon which you qualify will also impact how the offer is written)
- Thoroughly inspect the home (different inspection for different types of properties), acquire an appraisal if needed, negotiate repairs, move towards a successful close
- Sign paperwork at a local Title Company - our recommend provider is Old Republic Title
- Funding typically takes place with 24 hours, keys are released upon funding and recording
